The other thing about the Rep Points that is frustrating is having to "Spread around" reputation. There is a couple of posts that I agree with 110% and I tried to show some love, but I was denied. I find that handcuffing. Basically I would have to flip around and give thumbs up to random people just so I could give a bump to someone who deserves it.
