The system was set to make you give 20 other people rep boosts before you can give someone you just did another... this has been changed to 5... Hopefully that will make it easier to spread the love... If you have any other suggestions, please let us know... ~t

I noticed earlier but; when did the blue/green icon get a "tell-tale" under the new feature? Was this part of the upgrade or just recent added?
