Rep Power

I noticed the little colored square on the upper right corner of people's posts under Rep Power and also under Reputation when viewing the Members List, I was just wondering what that meant.

The "Rep Power" number is an indication of how you rate the content of the poster's message or messages in general.

To add to a person's "reputation" click on the icon of the scale just above the date. This will open a dialog box. Be sure to make any appropriate comments or kudos. It is also a nice gesture to sign your message.

yet only the spirit can dance!

Dancing is the fastest way to get
a girl alone and into your arms in public.

The Tango smolders and burns. It ignites the
heart, the soul, and yes, the libido.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass,
it's about learning how to Dance in the Rain!

Dance as if nobody is watching.

Yesn nothing is worse than getting negative points for no apparent reason, especially when you dont know who did it.

How do you even tell who rated what? I don't see much use in it since the same person can vote multiple times in multiple threads.

The way it works is when you go to the user cp, it shows your most recent rep points. then just click on the link it will take you to the thread and will appear right at the post that was rated.
