emoney is on a distinguished road
I enjoy the new board.I'm member of another board that uses vBulletin and I've had nothing but good experiences with it.

So this means we can give each reputation now I assume?

I just noticed that I can't edit my own posts anymore. Would it be possible for this option to come back please?

Hey,

The editing of messages has been turned off for now because of abuse... people were going back and removing their messages... messing up the flow of topics...

Reputation is a part of vbulletin, but with the amount of stuff we have on our plates at the moment, its not a priority to get working just yet... but we do plan on activating as much of the new boards features as possible.

Let us know your thoughts,

Mod

Geez... I just LOVE computers... Okay, resolution problem solved. Thanks VERY much for that! This is so much easier... and I didn't even have to reset my password (which, BELIEVE ME, I would have been more than willing to do to solve that problem!).

Now, I'm having another problem. However, I'm going to try a few things to make sure it's not on my end... even though it's only happening on this board.

I may be back... LOL.

Hey oberon,

Feel free to give us a shout... given the number of problems we've had in this migration, i don't mind double checking that any problem isn't on our end...

Cheers,

Mod

I'm back. I finally was able to reset the p/w after several attempts.

I agree. Havng the EDIT feature reactivated would be nice. I find my mistooks more easily in the final form than in the composition window, and, I sometimes have a second thought that I would like to include once posted.

> Reputation is a part of vbulletin

What does this mean?

Tnx,
dancingdoc2

Thanks Mod for being so patient (with me... LOL). The problem I've had several times (and it doesn't always do it) is that this board seems to cause my screen to seize up. I'm not sure that you can do anything to fix that... it may be the way the board interacts with my computer. ??? Not sure. I'm just hoping it will go away on its own.

*crossing fingers*

Hey oberon,

Can you provide your system information... hardware and software... We'll have a look to see if we can find any known problems...

Cheers,

Mod

Actually I haven't had that problem since I'm now able to reset the resolution. I have no idea what that means...LOL. It hasn't happened since I posted about the problem. I think the "problem" is solved. Thanks.
