Hi Outrospection,
We just had a lengthy discussion (nee argument) about this. *It would seem that the only way to stop the spamming is to restrict new members into making their first post in an existing topic before they can start a topic of their own. *This caused a lot of confusion... and probably prevented some people from actually asking their questions. I wish there were some way to restrict newbies simply from posting URLs. *This would keep the spammers from spamming and most newbies don't need to use URLs, anyway. * I'm not sure why this isn't possible... Anyway, without a lot of hassle, the only thing we can do is to report the spam. * Sorry.

and the funny thing is too that you can see how many people viewed the topic - even though it's obvious it's not a real topic... so somone must be interested. lol. Just report them to the mod when you can. They will get rid of them.
Wish there was a better way, but there's not.

Ugh, we're not going through this again.
We tried the restricting newbie thing, it didn't work. Lets not try it again. It won't kill you to just skip over them. Most of them are in partial caps (or all caps) and you know which ones to skip.

Not to mention that most contain the words "slutty", "young", "nubile" ... followed by "gets it" ACH!
