Amputees and Sex

Would love to find more info on amputees and sex. I am an LAK amputee looking for more info, {eg. positions, foreplay, arousal, just about anything to enhance and regain what I once had.} Any help would be "greatly" appreciated as this is very frustrating for me to comprehend. Thank you.
