if memory serves me correct, there used to be a chatroom on this site.
i'm not exactly sure why it was taken away, but it was something like either the members of this board voted it off or it was just taken away from lack of interest (cause no one was ever in it) or they took it away cause no one was really around to monitor it. or i could be completely wrong. lol. someone who has been here longer than me can probably shed some light.

I don't know, but I'll bet it was lack of use/interest. If you watch the posting, there really aren't THAT many regular posters. The site seems to have an "as-needed" and somewhat clinical tone that probably wouldn't generate much chat.
Not that I'm against the idea, just inclined to think it wouldn't generate much use.

I agree with camman, even though Im only new, I love this place already because its not sleazy I feel comfortable coming here to discuss sexual issues, I think if there was a chat room you would start getting the usual peeps who prowl chatrooms wanting cyber

My main worry would be if people were chatting "live" in a chat room then valuable advice and information would just dissapear when the chat closes...
...whereas on a message board we can look it up at any time and refer to it

Well what would the chat room be for would it be for asking questions about sex and stuff? I was under the impression that it would just be like a just alll topic chat thing. hmm idk
Theres not much of a need for I dont think, unless people dont have any patience at all.
