It is most comfortable for me to be laying next to him, with my feet towards his head. And, unlike the PP, I do not like having his hands on my head if he is pushing on it - I'll go at my own pace, thank you very much. Just, as long as I'm comfortable, he's being pleased and I am in control of the movements, I'm happy.
If it doesn't hurt my neck and his hands are on my head, it's all good.
