Well I'm 15 and I wear glasses and my eyes are getting worse and worse when will they stop? 
If I take off my glasses I cant even read the monitor. I know alot of people are like this but is it possible that if it doesn't stop you could go blind?

Thank you everyone for your opinions. I go to the eye doctor about ever year, so I'll talk to him/her next time I go.

YOu need to see a doctor, only with test and all that fun stuff can he answer those questions, for each person is different. And they don't bite...well, not much.
Hi Tommyboy. Not really a question for people who aren't optometrist. You should really visit and ask your eye doctor. I, too, wear contacts and glasses, and my understanding is that it doesn't get better only worse. Glasses usually only hold the problem steady. Unless something like corrective laser surgery might help you- I don't know as I've never checked into it. Visit your optometrist and see what he/she says. Hope this helps.

i think at your age it gets worse over a shorter period of time. i know from year to year my prescription would get stronger quite a bit.
now at 25, my eyes have only gradually gotten worse over the past few years. i think once you hit your 20's, your script needs only to be adjusted just a little bit every year or 2.
yeah LASIK is the only permanent way... but its very expensive and ive yet to get the balls to have someone laser my eyeballs lol.
