Ok I’ve been on birth control for about 4 months now. And all my periods have been pretty much the same...until now.
It’s really really light, pretty much not there.
It’s already halfway through and it really hasn't changed.
I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative (thank god!)
But should I be worried?
I have been pretty stressed for the past week, could that have something to do with it?

Extremely light period and on birth control

Yes, stress can as weight changes, meds, etc. Would I worry about it? No particularly. I am assuming you did not miss any pills...
as long as you dont miss a pill you have nothing to worry about. with the imbalence of hormones it can effect it and stress can be really bad for periods. when i have been perticullarly stressed i dont have piriods, gets very scary but as long as i know i'm protected i dont worry too much.
Most women do have a lighter period while on hormonal birth control. This can be cumulative and it gets even lighter the longer you are on the pill. If it disappears or you are concerned see your prescriber.
