My wife can't (or hasn't) reached orgasm by intercourse.
If we do oral (which I readily do) then she can orgasm, which is no problem with me.
There are times when I think if I could last longer then she'd be able to get to climax but despite kegel excersises, etc thats not working for me.
I was wonderign if anyone had tried using an extension...I'm not real worried about the size issue b/c I am average size but I'm wondering if it would help me hold of from cumming, and thus be able to pleasure my wife longer.
