Her not wanting to engage in touching you or stimulating you is a big issue. It's one that she has to get in tune with; otherwise, I'd say she is not ready to be in a sexual relationship at this time. I believe you need to talk and you need to explain to her some of what she is under a misconception about. Perhaps read through some of the posts and sticky's together on the board?

I would think if I was a man, with her behavior it would be a turn off to me. It would be similar to a man skipping all the preliminaries and going for intercourse. I'd get turned off quick, especially when he said he did not like touching!
