In other words, the angle from which it is viewed.
Very often a guy looking down on his penis from above will see a shorter penis than if he looks at his profile in a mirror. If you happen to have a fatty pubic mound the fat roll can cover up the base of the penis making it look shorter in certain positions.
Yeah, I noticed that on my bf. Sometimes he gets much much more aroused and his penis becomes bigger than usual when it's erect.
Then of course, it's angle. It always looks bigger from the side.
So tehse are two possible reasons.
