I have epilepsy. When ever I have sex I cant get an erection. It's a pretty common problem in men with epilepsy. I've tried everything to help but none works. Anyone have any ideas that might help?

It may have something to do with your meds, discuss it with the neurologist.
The specific type of medication should be determined by the specific type epilepsy. Too many doctors use a combination or too high a dose to control the seizures. Most of the drugs available do have sexual side-effects in men. They are generally controllable.
I would recommend a long, heart to heart discussion with your doctor. If he/she is willing to work with you, great. If not, respectfully seek another opinion - preferably with a doctor who deals only with epilepsy.
You will be walking a fine line between the seizures and a better sex life. From time to time, there could be error in either direction. A good doctor will, at least, try to balance this.
DO NOT MESS WITH YOUR MEDS ON YOUR OWN. Playing with dosages can do more harm than good.
