I have a thing for quotes I pick them up while watching tv and movies, talking to colleagues and friends, accidentally hear them on the street, come across them while surfing the net, where-ever. They bring a smile on my face. Or someone hits the nail on the head. In some way: they just make an impression and stick. So it seems like a great idea to start a thread with quotes. How do you convince an eight-year old girl to go to a party she doesn't want to go to? I have no idea. So, I thought I'd ask someone who used to be an eight-year old girl.

Get her a beautiful, sparkly, pink party dress and a princess tiara. If she doesn't want it, I've got an event coming up I'd wear it to.
