hahaha RR. yes they really do exist and that was not a scripted comedy like the other video i posted. they first they came out with a commercial with all women but that got some heat so they did a all guys commercial. that didn't help there image just added the other gender to the joke. saturday night live did a really funny bit on it. i will have find the south park clip.

lmfao RR that was one of the best south park episodes i have ever seen. the cool down solution is HILARIOUS. and it was cool that is was uncensored. i don't know if that is an online thing or because the website is from the Netherlands.

It doesn't need to be censored on tv after 8 o'clock in the evening. Though results may vary given the channel. I laughed when I searched for the episode (I made the mistake to type "shakeweight" as one word) the site responded: "You suck at searching!"
I guess that's what you get from a Southpark-website, LOL!

Now I wonder why so many commercials/vids/clips are blocked for my location...

I do believe it could be a good work-out. And after all; there are a lot of exercises that seem a bit awkward with legs spreading and pushing your butt back and such. I've seen clips of yoga that were tagged "erotic", whereas I didn't see much out of the ordinary while watching. I used to exercise at a gym with windows between the aerobicsroom and fitnessroom. Right before classes such as bellydancing, Latin aerobics and yoga, it suddenly got very busy at the fitnessdepartment. The guys were all trying to get on a machine in front of the window. Some really parading their weight-lifting as the girls passed by after class. You could have tasted the testosterone in the air

The metatube is an unofficial website where as NBC and hulu are licensed content sites. I have no idea why they would block outside of the US.

To be honest I think the shake weight is only good for strengthing the muscles used to give an "old fashion" lol. They certainly wouldnt give the bodies the models have in the commercials.

Ha, ha, no it will not do much for any other area's. It's just like those abs-commercials; as if you turn into one stunning hotshot by only exercising your abs I think it should be combined with other exercise, like they show in the first vid of this thread. We used to sometimes use these sambaballs on Latin aerobics; just holding your arms up and shaking those while dancing was good arm-exercise
