Arachnophilia?
Maybe these pictures were already posted a year ago when they first came out... but I only just now heard of them.
As part of a safe sex ad campaign in France, they made some posters that I find effective in conveying the message, if not a little disturbing. http://commercial-archive.com/node/120381 It's the two lower insect-themed ones that I am referring to.

At least they didn't go with an ad like this...somehow I don't think it would have worked quite as well.

I saw an entertaining AIDS campaign when I was in spending my summer in Germany. The poster comprise of some vegetable with a condom on it. They are quite funny. On of the girls I meet there tried to explain it, but she said you have to speak the language.
