OK, I am a bit of a novice at this ritual and I need some suggestions please.

I was married at 18 and know little about how adults flirt/ signal sexual attraction toward one another. I am attracted to a man 10 years older than myself (I am in my 40's) He is married, as am I. I think he flirts with me but, I am not sure if it is natural playfulness or a testing of the water with me. I feel like I've been living under a rock for a long while, please enlighten me. We work together which makes being obvious taboo with sexual harassment looming in the background of corporate life, no one wants that kind of trouble. This of course hinders everyone from discovering if the same feelings are shared...how do I find out, what kind of risks are permisable?
