Anybody know the best way to burn my private dvd collection to backups? The cheaper the better, and I want to be able to choose what features get copied. I have WinXP and a Sony DRU-700A burner.

Well, you got the hardware, so you're taliking about software, right? I was looking around for DVD burning software myself recently. I went with 123 Copy DVD because it’s cheap ($30 or so) and can both break encryption and burn to disc. Most programs in this category can either do one or the other. Although some are free, none that can do both seem to be. There’s a review of it on Must Have Software, here’s the url.
