my suggestion would be try using lube, even if she is the tightest girl lube could make it pleasurable for you both.
you could also try much more foreplay, try fingering her until she is wet enough for your penis to just glide straight up.
and also if she is little start slowly when entering her as to not hurt her.

Yes. I'm also Asian and of very small stature(5'l", 105 lbs), my boyfriend however, is very well off (about 8 inches). We've gotten it all the way in a few times, but that was after he stretched me. So maybe try lots of lube and fingering her first to prep her a bit. This seemed to work for us.
