Come is the popular word for orgasm. Your statement he comes but no orgasm is not logical. If he experiences orgasm but does not ejaculate, that is another issue.

You are feeling horrible about something that is out of your control. Either your b/f waill want to correct whatever it is you are describing and see a urologist or he will not. You can encourage him to seek help but that is the only thing you can do.

Given your description, no one can identify the problem. I often discourage young men from diagnosing their g/f's "problem." I must tell you not to diagnose your b/f's issue. That is up to him.

no it is not impossible. it has happened to me a few times. i thought it was normal
this doesn't happen every time though and you say it never feels good.
make sure he is really in the mood.
maybe there is some psychological block stopping him from enjoying sex and masterbation to its fullest. have you talked to him about this?
you can spend more time stroking and teasing, turning him on more and more.
if he refains from masturbating for a a while and then when you do it, it should make it feel better.
