Ejaculation problems

I have been having this problem for the last couple years and thought maybe someone here may have some advice. A couple years ago or so, I was having some severe back trouble and been going on for a couple years in total. I ended up having surgery to correct the issue with my back. As part of the problem with my back, it was pinching off some nerves and I lost feeling in most of my one leg and it even affected the nerves in my groin/penis. I could still get an erection but it was harder because I couldn't feel anything really. I mean when my wife touched it or tried to give me handjobs an even when we tried to have sex. It was hard for me to feel anything so of course, i had a hard time ejaculating. It really affected our sex life from the fact that I could still make my wife orgasm I believe but she would always be so disappointed if I didn't orgasm and ejaculate. It was like if I didn't ejaculate, then the sex was terrrible even if she did. I mean I would think that she should still be happy cuz I made her orgasm even if I didn't. Well, ever since the surgery, I did get some feeling and sensation back, as far as being able to once feel it when she touches it or strokes me or anything. and I can feel myself in her alot better(still not as fully as if nothing ever happened before the back problems) but in order to ejaculate it's like I have to tense my body up and if I get going to soon or too fast, then I get tired and can't do it. Then I run into the whole wife disappointed thing again even if she's already orgasmed at that point. Now I've looked into the Enzyte and Extense products since they enhance performance but not ever taken anything. I'm just wondering if something like that may help, should I go to a doctor, maybe some natureal performance pills(which I've also seen at a local health store). Anyone got any suggestions???

There are no pills that will solve this no matter what the adverts say. Back to the surgeon - describe the problem in detail and get a referral to a consultant who can help.
