I think you are perfectly normal. I notice a contracting of the abdominal muscles and a sort of need to "push". I've never really broken it down that way before.

Well it is when I masturbate, I am a virgin..so I don't know about anything else. I can ejaculate if I "push it out" by contracting some muscles, ( I don't exactly know what to call the muscles you contract to do it) but most of the time if I don't do that, the seman doesn't come out...
I'm not sure I understand the question. Are we talking all the time, or only with certain forms of sex? Like do you feel this way when you masturbate, or only during intercourse?

usually if i don't "push it out" as you put it, i get an unbearable stinging/burning sensation that causes me to contract anyway and push it out. so that is a bit odd. i can't really help though
