After recently becoming sexually involved with a new partner, I started to get what I thought were chronic yeast infections. I have been to the doctor multiple times and have tested negative for yeast, and negative for every other test she could think of, including other vaginal infections and STD's. It is very frustrating because i feel unable to have sex because when I do i get this unidentifiable infection. I'm wondering, is it possible that I'm having some sort of a reaction to my partners ejaculate? Could it something in his diet, or a sort of allergy?

ejaculate reaction?

Could be.
You could always try using a condom and see if you still get the same infection.
There have been cases of women being allergic to ejaculate. Sometimes, generally, more usually to one person. See an allergist and Demon makes a good suggestion. See if you have the reaction after sex with no contact with semen.

Well, I'm not a doctor, but is it possible that you have an STD that has not showed up on a test yet? I know some infections like HPV can take a while to manifest themselves. That's just a thought though, and I imagine your doctor would have suggested that if she/he thinks it possible.
One question - why aren't you using condoms with your new partner? Condoms are a great way to prevent pregnancy and STDs, even if you are using birth control this is a good idea. This will also give you a chance to see if it's his ejaculate or another factor.
Another thing I want to point out is to make sure that you are healthy, are drinking lots of water, and eat a good diet. If you're dehydrated, your skin and vagina will be too, and this will make sex more painful, especially in the winter months when we tend to drink less and the cold air chaps our skin. If you do have an infection, staying healthy will also help support your immune system and rid you of this more expediently.
Good luck!
