Effects of Morning-after Pill?

I have taken "morning after pill" around February this year. My period had not been regular ever since, for example delaying from 2-6 days, but when it still came and it was normal like how it was before taking the pill. In between times, I have had protected sex. So, there are a few things I want to ask:

1) Does morning after pill affect period in the future? I know it may delay your period right after taking it, but I'm not sure if it will after many many weeks.

2) Is it possible to have period when you're pregnant? because from what I know, you can't get a period when you're pregnant, but spotting does occur and spotting is totally a different thing from a period.

Please help! I greatly appreciate anyone who answers my question and advice on me!!! thank youuuuuuu!

1- If you took the MAP in Feb. you should be back to normal on your cycle by now, but you may just be irregular. Perhaps see your GYN about going on the BCP.

2-There are very few women who have bleeding similar to a period; however, it stops within the first few months. It's generally lighter but it's pretty unlikely.

If you are concerned you are preg. get a test to be certain but I would say it's not probable. You would be showing other symptoms as well since that was 5 months ago...

some more problems...

It's been 6 days, my period still hasn't came, although it seems irregular now, but I've still had "signs & symptoms" everytime its about to come..for example, sore breast or hips hurting. supposingly it should come on the 21st but it hasn't and no signs at all.
plus, I've had some brown discharge thing for 2 weeks early this month..i'm going to see a doctor soon but i'm really worried cuz i dunno if it has anything to do wif pregnancy or is it just some other health problems.

anyone know whts wrong with me?

Sounds as if you just have an irregular menstrual cycle. The doc can put you on BCP's to regulate it. Diet, exercise, and stress all have effects on your cycle (as does weight loss/gain). Your doctor may wish to rule out a thyroid issue.

If you are that concerned about a potential pregnancy go out and get a home preg. test and do it. End of story. As I said earlier, you would have to be about 5+ months pregnant from that episode, it's not easy to miss the symptoms, stop basing a "potential" pregnancy on an irregular menstrual cycle. Get a home test and do it then follow up with your GYN.

thanks sera for your thoughts. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow for a a test, but may i please ask what exactly is "implantation bleeding" or whatever it is called. and what is BCP?

BCP is birth control pill
Implantion bleeding is when the fertilized egg nestles into the uterian lining and prepares itself to grow. This can cause some spotting.
