She either broke her hymen cuz you noited she was a virgin... now have you done it with 2 fingers before cuz if not then you probly did break it.... or maybe since it was 69 then you did it with two fingers like before but this time you did something to break her hymen... ask if it is still bleeding and if it doesn't stop bleeeding in like 2-3 then go to a doctor or something.
And maybe the thing is ... do you keep your nails cut? If not you may have scratched her... so keep them cut all the time
