Hey, Well. I Have Recently Been Tested For Everything & It All Came Back Clean. I Have been seeing this new guy, and we have recently had unprotected sex, two days ago. before that, i havent have had sex in 4 months. i am very irritated down there, and its kind of like a burning sensation, not when i go 2 the bathroom, just in general. could this just be from, i suppose, being re-opened in a sense?? or is it possible for a std to get transmitted and show signs this early? please give your feedback! thanks.

Early Signs Of An STD? Please Help.
You said you have been tested for STD's and I assume it was prior to your new b/f. Unprotected sex...well, the best STD & pregnancy prevention is to USE the condom, otherwise you are setting yourself up for some serious consequences.
Generally STD's take a few days to brew and are accompanied by a foul smell and unusual discharge. Since it's only been 2 days, and you don't have urinary symptoms (frequency, burning, pain during urination), I would assume it's due to irritation from sex (friction, semen, etc). Watch for any signs which change in yourself or your partner, such as painful urination, discharge, foul smell, etc. and if you experience them see a doctor ASAP. There are other STD's which can be contracted without the symptoms which I listed, such as Trich., Herpes, and may not become evident so early on, so be sure to revisit your doctor for a new check up and USE CONDOMS! Unless you are looking to become pregnant or contract a disease!
