my fiance will not have sex during her period, she feels too dirty and does not want to get blood anywhere, is there anything we can do to either solve the problem or anything i can do to please her sexually during that time, obviously there are ways for her to please me but she tends not to be in the mood because there is nothing for her.

Suggest that you put a towel and her, and possibly even do it in the dark. Thats what my gf wanted the first few times to be comfortable.
Or just wait a few days, some girls simply aren't comfortable with doing it during their period.
Read about menstrual caps...and see what she has to say about the idea. I can understand their being days when she may not want to, it varies with different women, but she can still get herself aroused and enjoy giving you some pleasure.
Frankly, when I had my gf a few months back, man, did she ever get so horney. She wanted to jump me so bad during her period. But since Im a cleanliness kinda person, she thought i would be disgusted or something. I was like, I dont care, blood is blood. I proved that when I went down on her more than once. Put a towel down and wear a condom. Blood come off your body easy with some nice warm water... hell both of you pop in the shower for round 2.
There are several threads dealing with menstrual sex. Do a search. Generally, some of us do and some do not and there is not much you guys can do to change that.
Some of us who are regular posters really like it (I, for example) others do not.
Did it once with my current girl and she liked it OK. She gets turned on so easily that I don't notice any difference during her period. She gets pretty bad cramps, and she says that sex makes her bleed more but that orgasms help with the pain. I guess it's a tradeoff.
if she doesn't like it then don't press it - personally i want to curl up when i'm on - i couldn't bare the idea of sex - having said that i'm happy to pleasure my partner :)

You can always do it in the shower, of course that limits the positions but she might a little more comfortable with that.

I have sex when I'm on my period.I also worry about the mess but I find that if I wait till the third day of my period, I can take a bath and for some reason that sometimes lessens the flow then there's not so much blood(for a person with a flow for 5 days, by the 3rd day you're normally not bleeding as much)Plus cramps and hormones are a little more leveled out.
