Anytime semen is out in the open there is a chance that it can find its way into your partner's vagina. In your case, not likely as mentioned; however, semen can leak thru the material of your underwear and should it and it comes in contact with the skin of her vulva it may dribble where not intended.
Would you mind telling us the state of your relationship? Has she seen and fondled your penis, or have you kept your equipment hidden so far? When you do get to the stage where you are exposed then you absolutely must consider your penis to be a single shot cannon with live ammo!
