Hey thanks a lot for your reply, it really means a lot to know that there are people willing to help out. Well yeah, I do ask her if she is in pain I really don't feel good if shes not feeling good, if you know what I mean, I really hate it when she is in pain, but she tells me to keep going, but i really don't. And on the tightness note: it may take a while. I started having sex last year. Granted, I don't exactly do it a lot but I do "work on myself" so to speak. Everytime we've done it and everytime I "work on myself", it hurts. The lube helps though. It does cut back on some of the pain so it's at least bearable. Once I/we get going, it's ok. But the first few times of entry, it's painful. But, I'm also narrow down there so that plays a factor as well.
Just remember sex takes time. For some, they will never have pain. Others will have pain each and every time. Just go slow and take your time. If she wants you to stop, stop. If you can tell that she's in pain, stop, and ask if her if she wants you to continue.
The one thing I'll never forget my first time (and even all the times after that) is the fact that he made sure that was what I wanted and he went slow and made sure that I was ok. He knew I was in pain and would stop and ask if I wanted him to continue. Even when I told him I was ok and to continue, he knew that I wasn't and stopped and we tried other things.

I'm paraphrasing here, but the first reply did not accuse you of anything, but asked simply if you had already tried foreplay and lubrication.
also, some other pertinent information that might be useful to other people trying to help is: was your girlfriend a virgin before the two of you first had sex? how many times have the two of you had sex together?
basically these questions are important because her hurting may not be because you're too big. it may be because she's still rather tight. but if she's not a virgin and has had sex several times (i have read on here of some girls still experiencing pain during their twentieth time, so several is a broad term) and the problem is that you are too long, and are hitting her cervix, there are sex positions that allow for shallower penetration.
but i do have to say that if it's not the cervix problem, it's not you being too big. keep in mind that women pass babies through that same hole.
