Basically what is the one thing a man/women can do to you that makes your heart stop and sends shivers down your spine. This can be an action they perform on you, a signal hinting about whats to come or even just something they say or have said that made you go into ectasy.

For example mine is when a guy I was seeing and I where chatting while waiting for one of his friends. We were all planning to go to a huge party then returning back to my guys house. He hates waiting and was getting frustrated and he ended up saying. "We should just leave him here screw it." I said " Well he still have a couple minutes left." Then he said to me (and for some reason I still go bilistic when I think of it) "Ya but I really wanna work my tongue ring out on ya!" Now I know this guy very well and hes not the "sexual" type so all in all i knew it was just meant to be a funny comment...but damn it did it for me!
