DVD: Same here know plenty of men (mainly gay) who, as I once told you, would not go near one & find them repulsive. Other's such as yourself obviously are attracted to men & find that a turn on but have a curiosity in women as well. The guys I know rather eat a tarantula then see one! Yeah, a hairy man...:)

Doc: The majority of the population have no clue...I know at times I have to ask women to reveal the genitals for exam...if you say vulva or pudenda. they are lost. Tell them I need to examine your vaginal area...they catch it. Much like asking people to void in a cup; ask them to urinate, or times with some to "piss in it" they know. I think most of this is due to the age which health classes are taught in HS. Put men & women in one together & each are so embarrassed they do not get it straight. Tell someone they have a vulva? They will tell you they do not own that car. Pudenda? Reminds them of a pendulum. Swear to God on that!

I don't find the reproductive organs of either sex "ugly", particularly. Obviously I'm aroused by a nice set of male equipment and not by female. I know a lot of gay guys are totally grossed out by women's "stuff", but I'm not. I'd classify it "interesting, but not for me". :D

Oh god I have a couple of friends who say the same. My gay male friend is seriously.. offended by vaginas, lol.. sounds so stereotypical o.O But he really does seem to think they're nasty to the point of it almost being offensive to any owner of one heh.

I think the majority honestly are pretty...no I am not gay or bi...but really once someone told me the flower, orchid, most looked like a vulva & erotic. Made me think of them differently. I love a man's penis but I really think women's parts are intended to look prettier. A man's body looks very nice being nice and well built...ours is softer and more curvy. Prettiest is proportionate labia inner and outer. Not too loose and not super tight. Neat packages...just personal thoughts. But it also depends since men have their own preferences. I totally disagree with that statement. I'm not attracted to the male body at all, but it certainly isn't ugly by nature. It's just that a lot of men don't take care of their bodies. If you look at a guy that's in shape, there's a lot to admire about it.

I make a huge effort to keep myself healthy and active, and I find my body very appealing. It's very clean and cut and has a nice shape to it, and if someone can't say the same about their's, that's their fault. I don't care much for the generalization that men are less attractive than women. Assuming they take care of themselves, they're just attractive in a different way. I find it insulting for my body to be called "utilitarian"....

I agree with oed, I'm not gay, but I would admire a guy who is toned and muscular. Very much as if he restored an old hot rod....he put in the time and effort and deserves the respect for his work.
