OK, We have all seen the advertisements about penis enlargement. But has anyone on this board ever tried one of them? Im very curious if they work. My girl friend says that my size is good for her, but I would like to surprise her with a little something extra one day.

Do they really work?
Simple answer:no.
There was a thread about a week ago in which it was stated the only thing that really works is surgery and there really has to be something terribly wrong before any doctor will do that.

I've never knew anyone who has used them, but I dont think there is anything you can do to (esp a simple pill) to increase size.
Besides, even if they did, I dont think they work overnight. So you wouldn't really be surprising anyone, lol :P
