Monday night, T and I had some fun, including manual, fellatio and penetration. Tuesday morning a stomach virus hit me like a ton of bricks, without warning.
Do such viruses spread through sexual fluids? Should he be concerned? It's worth noting that we think it's the thing he had a week or so ago.

I know it would incubate longer than 8 hours, and hence should have been more specific. My concern was more, is it possible he's been exposed to it again because of the romp? the white cells have the antibodies saved so even if you gave it back he would be immune to it the second time, at worst he would feel a little ill but not nearly as bad
