Different types of orgasm?

I read a lot about females being capable of attaining several different types of orgasm. There is the clitoral orgasm, the vaginal orgasm and there may even be more (I don't know).

Now does this also apply to men? Can men also attain different types of orgasm? Thanks for your thoughts.

i must say, no matter how intense the pleasure is in any other area (the most intense pleasurable feeling i have ever had was from stimulation of my ear), i do not experience an actual orgasm from it.

Hmm... that makes sense. It begs another question: Have you ever succeeded in having an orgasm without primary contractions in the genital/abdominal area? I mean - the primary contractions were elsewhere?

Full body contraction - whoa that is interesting! I guess that means that it must be possible to extend it somehow. What do you mean by a full body contraction - that 'every' muscle in your body contracts, or something else?

i don't know about extending an orgasm voluntarily, but when i have an orgasm, i usually experience a full body contraction, not just in my genital area and abdominal area. i really don't know anything about tantric sex, but i've heard that tantric sex can really improve feelings.
Hmm, since orgasm consists of rhythmic contractions of muscles to release built up tension in the genital area, I am wondering... would it be possible to extend an orgasm to muscles further afield? For example, somehow massaging the thighs in some manner during intercourse in order to build up tension... and than having the orgasm extend into the thighs? (I just use thighs as an example because it is closeby and seems like a feasible extension - muscles anywhere would do...)
Just bumping this to see if anyone knows anything more on the matter.
yes there is, or at least in my case there is.  pressing on the area where just above where the penis meets the lower abdomen, move in an up and down motion and apply pressure. No anal, and no penile stimulation.

This is extremely interesting. I am guessing that this can stimulate the prostate from the front.

How about the spreading of an orgasm by engaging other muscles - has anyone succeeded at that?

Does anybody know if any other types of male orgasm are possible (except prostate and 'standard')? Cheers.

Now that is very interesting. That means that it is indeed possible for men to have different types of orgasm.

My wife and I call it "double clutching". I've done it maybe 5 times in 25 years with her. I think what happens is that most of the glandular secretions release (bulbo-urethral & prostate) prior to the real orgasm. The second one is different and quite intense because it's "dry". It's not really different from the usual pre-cum lubrication and actual cumming, just more distinct and seperated by a much longer time frame than usual.

Fair enough... Does anybody know any website that may have something on that? I failed to find any...

The prostate is mainly used to enhance normal orgasms, IIRC. Whether you can orgasm from that alone I don't know...

i think they have regular orgasms and can have them from prostate stimulation.
Hmm, so can men have orgasms from prostate stimulation alone, or does it only intensify regular orgasms?

BTW: I am male myself, but I do not have any experience with this.

i dont know Humble
i was just thinking back to that one movie.. i can't remember if it was American Pie 2 or another movie w/ sean william scott
but they go to donate sperm and the nurse is like this is what we call "milking the prostate" and she bends him over the table. lol
maybe i can remember the exact movie

Orgasms in my experience vary in intensity depending on the exact type of stimulation used to reach them.. the only real variation I know of is adding prostate stimulation, which supposedly can give some amazing orgasms.. Haven't tried it myself.
