Alright I replied to someones post with what I'm about to say/ask and I was wondering if I could get some help about it. I think some time earlier I posted about my boyfriend and I trying to have sex and having to stop because it feel like he's hitting something hard and I highly doubt it's my hymen. But today I turned around and he put it in me from behind and it felt really good and I couldn't tell if it went in much farther or not but I know that it did (we had to stop shortly after) and I was wondering why this happened. It's kind of frustrating to me because it makes me think that we'll never be able to have sex front ways and all goes well the next time we try it (trying it from the back, that is) then it won't be as much fun. I don't think lubricant will be much of a help because he doesn't seem to be having much of a problem putting it in, he's just hitting something hard and it hurts me and we have to stop.
My next gynocologic exam is in September (because I've never had a period and I've been once so they scheduled me one for 6 months later) so I can't go until then and I know sex can wait until then (unless some miracle happens) but I was just looking for some early advice.

You've never had a period? first I was thinking wow are you having sex at like 11 yrs old... but I looked back and you said you were 17... is that possible? wow!! well still be careful!
Heheh, yeah I'm 17; just abnormal. :)
You have more serious issues than "not getting it in." See your gyn and lay it all out - no periods, difficult sex, "hitting something."
it hurts me the same way...its hitting sumthing and it hurtss so i make him stop...i was thinking it was my hymen tho...he said he didnt get in far enuff to break my hymen soi dunoo

Are you talking about not having a period is a more serious issue? Some women don't get theirs until they're 19 and are completely healthy and have no problems down there. I'm not saying that I am, but it's just a thought. Someone suggested that it might be hitting my cervix????

Yes probably cervix. The hymen is at the entrance of the vagina, not inside... so theres no not going in far enough to hit something.
I guess thats true about the period thing, but I have never heard it. So did you go through puberty like all the other stuff? Getting boobs? pubes? etc
I always thought that the period was usually like the inital sign of puberty.

Yes, TOO MUCH hair if I didn't shave it. My boobs are really small though. Like size B.
This might be a stupid question but where exactly is the cervix supposed to be in a woman? Is it supposed to be far up to where the man's penis should not even hit it?
