Basically at one point she'll start panting and telling me she's gonna cum and then she goes all quiet and doesn't do anything for about 2 mins. After that, she kinda starts writhing away like what I'm doing is hurting her. I'm figuring that her clit becomes all sensitive at that time but, did she orgasm or not? Do I keep going or should I stop? I know that the best way to answer my questions is to probably ask her while its happening but I just wanted to get an idea off of here first.

Im the same way...after I orgasm..its uncomfortable to keep going.

She may have climaxed and it is too sensitive to keep going or, she was almost there and didn't orgasm and the touching is mildly irritating.
I'm speaking from experience on both of those options. In either case, I would stop if she looks uncomfortable, but you need to ask her what's going on.
