Delayed orgasm

I have always been one that takes a long time to cum (usually 30 to 90 mins). Recently I injured my neck and I am on pain pills (percocet and Oxycontin) for the pain. This has made my issue worse...we have sex 3-4 times a week and I have not came in over a month. I have tried to masturbate, same problem.

My wife is now becoming upset and feeling like it is her, that she is not pleasing me, or that she is not turning me on, she even asked if I was having an affair (not sure how she came up with that one). Anyway, what can I say or do to her that would ease her mind? While most women have issues with their husband cumming quickly I would think she would be happy with my "problem". Frankly it does not bother me to not cum regularly...as long as I know she is satisfied. Thanks for your comments.

1. You take much stimulation to get there.
2. You are on two drugs that affect the central nervous system.

Our vaginas often do not create enough stimulation to get beyond these issues. It is possible for us to create more friction and stimulation by mouth or hand. Talk this through with you wife adn see waht each of you is willing to do.

Most books on geriatric sex are quite direct in advising increasing extra-vaginal sex. You are not old but are suffering some of the same difficulties.

And emphasize to her that it is not her problem; it is your problem and you need some help.
