My bf and I have been dating for a year. We have a wonderful relationship, are very much in love, and are great sexual communicators. He was in a terrible car accident two years ago and has significant nerve damage which causes ED. He often cannot get an erection, and can rarely sustain one without Viagra. Since Viagra is not covered by insurance and is expensive, it is not an option to use every time we are sexually active.
So, my question is, does anyone have experience, suggestions, techniques, etc. for pleasuring a man who is not erect. I understand that ejaculation is possible without an erection, but we have not been able to achieve that.
Thanks!

How Do I Get Him/Her to Orgasm From a Hand/Blow Job?
I hope the work-around to his problem and your situation is in learning how to stimulate him in the manner to which he has become accustomed, so to speak. There is a section in the essay that states how important it is for each of us to learn how to duplicate the movements, rhythms, and pressures our partner uses--and why.
I hope this will be of help.
