Is confidence a good thing!

ladies of young age,
I maybe 20 yrs old but i have plenty of experience more than most, ppl say you cant have confidence and men will run from it some will but y, men answer this y are yall scared. I have confidence cuz im tired of the world tellin me i have to be a 0 and thin to look hot or big boobs and a tight ass and abs but thats not always goin to work for ppl. ppl are all made different in body structure im big boned i have an as hour class figure but im not perfect. I want to show guys i respect myself but i dont have to much confidence where sayin im the shit and i dont need anyone but in actuallity u do need someone. Yes humble yourself but dont tear yourself down, I am learnin not tryin to give off sexual signs idk how i do it i dress respectfully its just my image i guess and not bein a booty call. Older women whats your idea on confidence where it doesnt scare men but you still have it to not tear yourself down, I really want men advice too. thx

I'd say more than anything it's an age thing. Guys in their 20's have a little bubble of their knowledge, and they want to protect it at all cost. Up to that point their whole live has been geared around self-image, with muscles and cars and all that macho douchebag behavior. You run the risk with your experience at bursting that bubble.

It also has to do with delivery. I once came close to dating a friend that I knew was way more experienced than me, but she was very "guy X did this, and guy Y had a dick THIS BIG, and guy Z could last for hours!!" so right there is a load of implied comparisons that a guy thinks he has to live up to let alone win against. If she had just said "I like oral this way" or "I love anal" or whatnot, where it's just a description of herself, that would have been vastly different.

But now that I'm older, if I were to suddenly not be married and back on the hunt I'd be out looking for a fire-breathing whore. Someone that knows exactly what she wants and has no qualms about TAKING it from me.

As for the size things, that just amounts to personal preferences. Some guys want sticks, some guys want curves, and some guys want rolls. Regardless of what magazines say, that's pretty much a constant. Where you run into difficulties is how you'll have to fill several different criteria (ie. 20's, AND comfortable with confidence, AND likes curves).

I think you should be who you are dont change how you act if someone likes you they will stay with you. confidence can scare some guys but lets face i dont think there are to many guys around 20 that want a long term relationship...sadly!

LOL - There will always be men who are very timid or would rather NOT have a challenge tonight ty. But confidence - QUIET confidence as opposed to strutting, bragging or 'you can't touch this' attitudes - wins with men who have more than half a brain and their own self-confidence. I'd say be friendly, clean up your language, dress one social class better but still appropriately and do not believe a word they say in a nice way - as if they told you a joke.

I really am serious about your language. As written below, I'd say ghetto. Is that what you want your image to say about you? Skin tight leopard print spandex dress and hooker heels? Lord, woman! If they think $20 will do it, your confidence or lack of it won't matter.

Think what kind of life you want. How does one get there. What steps are required to get there. Then go and do it. Plan your hunt then hunt your plan. Don't back down and don't settle for less.

Can i mention i do not date anybody younger or my age usually 25 an older so yeah. and im sorry if your offended by my language i do curse sometimes and im not ghetto im white irish portuguese girl and im use to txtin alot so that is why it sounds so different and i agree with firmus love sex.

EEK hit the nail on the head. The way you write most of your posts, you sound ghetto. And it doesn't matter if your a purple space alien ghetto has nothing to do with race. I know white people that are ghetto I know middle easterners that are ghetto.

Just from most of your posts I had a similar idea as EEK. Leopard print spandex, Hooker heels, lots of makeup, hair disheveled. You also sound like your 16 and have a little more than "confidence" going on. More of a complex. one minute your talking about how your a "jewel that needs to be cherished" then you have "low self esteem" then your the "blow job pro" and you don't want to be a booty call but all you do is have sex with guys 1 after another. As far as the "used to texting" for close to a year I was texting "on average" 40k a month. This includes 2 months in which I had no phone which means my average was closer to 48k. My replies are fine and well written. (For the most part) and I'm even on my phone. I don't see why ANYBODY could ever use that as an excuse.

Duly noted. Not intending anything by it, especially hurting your feelings. I have the upmost respect for you and your opinions. I'm actually in agreeance with you before hand as you'll see below.
