all i now about this situation is that no nudes can be sent and no physical meetings are allowed. for the non american members here in america we are all failure with the show dateline NBC - to catch a predator. the adult chats with another adult who says she is under age and lures him in to the house, where later after talking with the host he leaves thinking he got away and gets arrested by the police.

what is the point of talking to a girl you can't do anything with when you have someone already?

just because I talk with a woman doesn't mean I want to get in her skirt, even in real person-to-person contact. I have a couple of female friends (who also know my family) but I don't think of them that way.

what you have done still might be illegal, if you wrote fantasies about you and her then you might still get in trouble, if you just answered questions in a very respectful, medical and platonic matter then you should be fine but specifically sending explicit emails to a minor could be enough to have you registered as a sex offender.

i dunno there is nothing wrong with just talking. Most of what I know about sex love philosiphy religion science.....comes from an older male. Mind you I have known him for years, and my trust in him is unlimited. but any friendship starts somplace. Also I know this man in person and he is strongly conected to my familly as well.

I think this can be a slippery road. But done right its not a bad road. My friend has several older guys she talkes to online and its never led to anything realy bad.

granted that is the MA law but i think a rule like that will be just about elsewhere, i;m certain it is illegal to send sexually explicit pictures to a minor, so sexually explicit text would logically follow
