As for Franklin's appearance, several months ago he submitted his picture and I immediately told him that he was a handsome young man. He may not like his protruding ears, yet as for how I see him, he is a great looking guy.
As to why "every" woman he encounters tells him otherwise or simply does not like him for one reason or another, he needs to circulate in a different circle. He is too critical of himself and as you pointed out, others. It almost makes it seem like his identity is tied to whomever walks beside him. {If she looks stunning, so will he by osmosis.)

Hi, Dancing Doc.
During my three years in college I have met many different people. Different women from different circles also find me to be very physically unattractive.

I think it's great that you are trying to improve your looks, as others have said to some extent this is something we all care about..
But I think your problem is you are expecting too much out of a girl. Why does she have to meet everything on your check list? She has to be white. She has to dress up all the time. She has to have a certain religious view. She has to have a certain intelligence. She has to be skinny. I think you should just relax and get to know the people around you. You might find that you have a lot in common with the girl next to your dorm, even though she might not be religious. Just a suggestion.

A woman does not need a certain intelligence. She just needs to be smart. She does not need a 4.0. I'm not looking for someone who is unintelligent and lacks common sense.
You missed understood me about dressing up. I just don't like girls who like to dress down into torn clothes, sweats, gym clothes, etc. I'm perfectly fine with a girl wearing a pair of blue jeans and a shirt.
She has to be slender. I take care of myself and demand for the same in return. I'm simply I'm not attracted to bigger women.
