she basically asked me out but she has a boyfriend? what's really going on?

met a girl about a month ago .
And last Sunday she walks up to me and asked for my number.
she didn't give me hers (probably forgot)
So I sent her an email asking for her number.

She replied with a voicemail to my phone saying how much she LOVED speaking with me, and invited me to call her, repeated her number twice, and also to hang out with her sometime.

I was already planning on going to her town, so she invited me to sleep at her place the night before (after hanging out with her)

Normally I'd be thinking "Oh she definately wants to hook up" BUT she has a boyfriend, (granted he's on the other side of the country but nevertheless)
Soooo what do you think is going on?

Gosh! I dunno. Why not ask her.

Successful relationships are built in part on communication.

Maybe she has a boyfriend who she has been dating, yet who she is not in an exclusive relationship with. If true, then she is practicing dating like it should be practiced.
