Well, after writing this and reading some responses (thanks for the encouragement) I decided to bite the bullet and submit my feet to my BF again. The fact he was so pleased that I suggested it was a turn on in itself.

From my experience (and those others have shared with me) I do know that stimulation and reaching orgasm does tend to change the feeling. Sometimes when my bf keeps stimulating, I'll come again and again. Only reason he has to stop is because I get exhausted Sometimes it gets so sensitive it nearly hurts and so he has to stop immediately after I orgasm. Sometimes I need stimulation to stop right about a second before I come, which makes the orgasm swirl through me longer And I know it's somewhat the case for him as well; for example I should stop immediately after he orgasms when I give him certain handjobs, but he usually loves continue moving inside me a little longer after coming. So I guess it depends on the person and the sort of stimulation, but also could feel different each time (which would mean: just let it depend on the moment).

Maybe there is a more medical explanation to all this? (dear Brandye, a little help here?) Anyways, I do consider the changing of sensitivity and feeling normal

I have now officially, SUCCESSFULLY held my feet perfectly still for a whole minute while he tickled them (although he did agree to keep away from his "special spot" - the ridge running across the ball of my foot where my toes join.
