I am not new to sex...however each time I am in bed I feel like a virgin. It doesn't seem to matter how many times I've been with someone my vagina isn't able to be broken in and causes severe pain to me. I would like to know if there are any tips to helping this problem. I've tried to lubricate and masterbate beforehand with a toy....but this doesn't seem to help.

Also I am having a difficulty with being on top....any advice on how to make this less painful and more pleasureable for me as the rider. Thanks

There are conditions that result in painful sex for women after they have lost their virginity. Getting relief begins with a complete gyn exam with your telling the doctor exactly what the issue is. Some gyn's are very good with sexual dysfunction and some know little about it - but should refer you to someone who can help.

There are no helpful tips for a woman who has already tried the obvious (lube) without an exam. You must be candid to lead the doctor to the issue.
