Browser his making a stand about his ethics is fine - perfectly legal. But you can see how "ditch the other guy first" isn't allowed? That would be making demands.


"But I'm fine with sleeping with someone who is in an exclusive relationship but also wants to sleep with people outside of that exclusive relationship." makes perfect sense if the OTHER partner is the one who does the exclusive. Some relationships are just that one-sided - but that's humanity for you!
