I don't have any problem with military personnel. There have been marines and soldiers in my family forever. My father and all my uncles on both side served in WW II, both grandfathers in WW I .... Being in the military does not make a person a baby killer. I never served, but I respect the people who are willing to serve our country and keep it safe even if doing so means putting their lives on the line.
If you are having problems with this person because she doesn't like the military why are you concerned? Whatever her relationship is with you just end it.

I dated 4 guys in the Army quite some years back... lovely fit beautiful lads  only baby killing they where interested in was throwing away the used condoms......

I fully respect the military, and I fully oppose war and violence. In a perfect world, we would not need a military, but this world is not perfect, and sometimes the military is needed. Just because I oppose the war the U.S. is in right now, but that does not mean I don't support the troops. They are doing their job and I thank them for that.
However, I know of people who join the military for reasons I do not support. A few people I knew in high school have told me they wanted to join the army so they could kill people, and THAT is NOT serving your country. In fact, its the militarys job to save lives, not take them.. Violence should be the final resort. (Previously mentioned people are now in the U.S. army and touring in Iraq currently)
