This weekend I finally had sex with this girl I have been seeing for nearly three months. I am not used to waiting anything like this long, and to be honest I was very sexually frustrated.

The problem is, when I finally got her knickers off I lasted thirty seconds - I was just so excited I couldn't contain myself.

I've alwasy been a bit of a neanderthal and sex is like a need rather than a pleasure, but I pride myself onmy ability to last and pleasure her (normally before the first time I'd have had a tommy tank before meeting her, but didn't get the opportunity.

I understand there are delay sprays, but these only work with condoms and she's on the pill...

You should be wearing a condom each and every time. It is NOT just for birth control. Wearing a condom is part of your responsibility as a sexually active man. Asking her to fill herself up with hormones while you get off scot-free is patently unfair, ungentlemanly, and you should be kicked out of bed for even thinking of going 'bareback'.

Not only will a condom help delay, but masturbating beforehand will help 'cool you jets'.

It's not normally a problem, but thinking about it I have come to the conclusion it was 3 months' pent up desire, and the fact I was using a condom.

She was already taking the pill to lighten her periods, at least that's what she says. Additionally she made me go to a GU clinic for tests, as she was concerned about chlamydiaas it is symptomless (after experiencing something unpleasant a few years ago, I have been very careful, anyway).

As I said, usually I would have a tommy tank (this is rhyming slang) beforehand.
