Thats what I thought too.. All he needs is to grow his hair over the ugly things and all would be sweet...

I am not sure you understood me. The way it is spoken, it is said to pin the ears. Basically the doctor will perform surgery on my ears to make them look more normal instead of sticking out. My problem is more severe than most people with this problem because my ears stick out much more than most people with this problem. You may know it, but this is a deformity.
