So saying "how are you" is being a perv? That is not even close to being sexual. When I talk to a random female I usually say Hi, and than how are you. I introduce myself to her. Why am I being friendly? To be friends with someone new. That is how you introduce yourself to someone. Say hi and tell them who you are. Start a conversation and get to know the person.

I always look women in the face when speaking to them. How could I be dress like a prev? If that is the case every sports star is a prev. Everyone who wears a suit to church almost every Sunday is a prev.
